Cancellation Policy

Returns

  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and free of damage, with all original packaging, manuals, and components included.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, SunKitshop will cover the return shipping expenses.

Refunds

Non-Refundable Items
