4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1 Cancellation

4.2 Return Policy

You may return products within 14 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Custom orders or installed items are non-returnable. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos or details. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including shipping, per our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving returned items, issued via bank wire transfer to your original account. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risks unless the return is due to damage, defects, or our error. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. SunKitshop is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
